Senior Workday Programme Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio that encompasses Workday transformation and implementation projects.

• Provide updates on programme status, risks, and results to senior leadership.

• Ensure effective Workday deployments that align with business objectives.

• Navigate intricate organisational structures while upholding governance and quality standards.

• Oversee cross-functional teams spanning HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.

• Deliver executive reporting and steering committee updates.

• Assist with change management and encourage business adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in programme/project management, specifically including Workday implementations.

• Demonstrated success in leading comprehensive Workday deployments.

• In-depth understanding of Workday delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience in managing complex, global programmes.

• Strong skills in risk, issue, and governance management.

• Capability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams effectively.

• Proficiency in English is required.
