This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Configure and enhance Workday, with a primary focus on Recruiting and Talent Management, along with other modules as required.
• Provide ongoing support for the Workday system, which includes researching, troubleshooting, recommending solutions, and resolving issues.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with Global business stakeholders regarding Workday and HR Technology project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Document business requirements, decisions, processes, and workflows in relevant documentation, training materials, and quick reference guides.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the overall employee experience within Workday.
• Follow established procedures for populating, loading, and troubleshooting Workday EIBs.
• Safeguard confidential employee information in Workday while ensuring the privacy of sensitive data.
• Support biannual upgrades and annual HCM processes.
• Comply with change management processes to meet the company's internal/external audit controls and compliance requirements.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM experience; certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of Recruiting and Talent Management, with knowledge of other modules.
• Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is preferred.
• Workday Pro certification is preferred.
