This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues for the configuration and support of Workday HCM.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Workday, providing guidance to teams on its functionalities.
• Assess the interdependencies between Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll systems.
• Create and configure Workday Business Processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Formulate detailed test plans for Workday updates and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• 6-7 years of functional and technical experience with Workday HCM modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Workday Human Capital Management and Payroll business processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel.
• Proactive in identifying system deficiencies.
