Senior Workday Engineer – Techno-Functional Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of Workday HCM, including business processes, reporting, and resolving issues throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Develop, implement, and sustain Workday integrations with both internal and external systems (such as Finance, Payroll, and IT tools).

• Configure and enhance Workday modules to address changing business requirements while ensuring system integrity.

• Recognize inefficiencies and promote automation and system enhancements to minimize manual tasks.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent, IT, and Engineering teams to collect requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

• Assist with Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and the rollout of new features and functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical Workday experience in configuration and integrations.

• Familiarity with various Workday modules including Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.

• Strong experience with Workday integrations (e.g., APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio, or comparable tools).

• Comfortable taking ownership of both system operations and technical enhancements from start to finish.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to independently troubleshoot complex system or data issues.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
