Senior Windows Server Administrator – Google Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Provide support and maintenance for hybrid infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, security, and high availability.

• Administer environments for Windows Server versions 2016, 2022, and 2025.

• Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows Failover Clustering management.

• Carry out server provisioning, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Manage services on Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, and Monitoring.

• Automate administrative processes using PowerShell scripting.

• Monitor the infrastructure and address incidents as they arise.

• Engage in root cause analysis activities.

• Apply security best practices consistently.

• Assist with backup and disaster recovery efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Windows Server versions 2016/2022/2025.

• At least 2 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform, covering Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Storage.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.

• Prior experience with PowerShell scripting.

• Experience in infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Basic understanding of VMware technologies.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate or upper-intermediate level.

• Possession of Microsoft Entra ID, ITIL Foundation, and Google Cloud or Microsoft certifications is a plus.
