• Enhance technical SEO, site speed, and responsiveness across different browsers.

• Participate in the formulation of internal standards, best practices, and development guidelines for the team.

• Guide mid-level and junior developers by providing code reviews and offering technical leadership.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in **Webflow development**.

• Proven track record in creating **enterprise-level Webflow sites** with sophisticated CMS and multi-user workflows.

• High level of expertise with the **Lumous framework**, including knowledge of component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles.

• Strong grasp of **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** (capable of extending Webflow beyond its native functionalities).
