Senior Webflow Designer – Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and create fully responsive websites from the ground up utilizing Webflow

• Produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma

• Develop landing pages, advertising creatives, email newsletters, and social media graphics

• Construct and uphold scalable UX design systems (including component libraries, style guides, and brand systems)

• Work collaboratively with account managers to grasp client objectives and ensure timely project delivery

• Implement and uphold Client-First or Relume naming conventions within Webflow

• Confirm that all designs adhere to high standards of responsiveness, usability, and conversion effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Webflow design and development

• Advanced skills in Figma (including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems)

• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS, animations, and responsive design

• Demonstrated experience in developing scalable design systems (including component libraries, style guides, and brand systems)

• Thorough understanding of design fundamentals (such as typography, layout, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy)

• Experience in creating digital marketing assets (including ads, emails, and social graphics)

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Capability to work during U.S. Central Time

• Nice-to-Haves

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Advanced skills in Webflow animations and interactions

• Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or A/B testing

• Background in working with Home Services or Healthcare brands
