Senior Webflow Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and consulting using Webflow

• Creation of image advertisements for the marketing department

• Prototyping with Figma

• Optimizing conversion rates

• Communication with clients

• Proven experience in web design and proficiency with Webflow (at least 2 years)

• Driven to provide exceptional design and consulting services

• Excellent communication skills with experience in managing projects within an agency or freelance context

• Strong desire to take on a team lead role and mentor others
