Senior Web Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the component library utilized for our public Step website.

• Take ownership of features throughout their entire life cycle, from concept to production.

• Design and implement styling and animations to bring our web designs to fruition.

• Oversee our content platform, server-side rendering, site generation, and transition functionalities from the mobile app to the web.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and growth teams to introduce new web functionalities.

• Work within a small, cohesive cross-functional team.

• Observe your contributions having a weekly impact on a continually evolving product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in front-end development.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science.

• A strong commitment to software quality.

• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining aesthetically pleasing public-facing websites using React.

• A robust portfolio showcasing complex web designs (animations, 3D, micro-interactions, etc.).

• Advanced proficiency in CSS and animation frameworks (e.g., D3, Three.js, etc.).
