This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct inbound consultations via Zoom with qualified prospects.
• Utilize the client's diagnostic framework to evaluate retirement planning challenges and tax exposure risks.
• Inform prospects about strategies for retirement tax mitigation and the concepts of Roth conversion planning.
• Create impactful “epiphany moments” that assist prospects in grasping the long-term consequences of their tax planning choices.
• Establish trust and credibility through effective, consultative communication.
• Assist prospects in navigating the decision-making process without using pressure-based sales methods.
• Diligently manage follow-up conversations and pipeline activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and forecasting within the CRM system.
• Engage in coaching sessions, team reviews, and continuous training initiatives.
• Regularly meet or surpass revenue and close-rate objectives.
• Positively contribute to a high-performance, coachable team culture.
• CFP® designation in good standing (mandatory)
• Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing financial planning, advisory, or consultative financial services role
• Background in working with high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent consultative communication abilities
• Clean U4 regulatory history
• Confidence in presenting premium planning fees
• Strong executive presence and professionalism during Zoom interactions
• High emotional intelligence and effective active listening skills
• Strong discipline in follow-up and pipeline management
• Willingness to adopt a coachable mindset and adhere to a proven process
• CRM experience is preferred
• 100% remote work environment
• 25-30 inbound consultations per week provided
• Realistic earning potential of $200K-$250K+
