This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Define and spearhead the comprehensive marketing vision, strategy, and implementation for InteliChart.
• Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team and directly contribute to the overall company growth strategy.
• Build a scalable, data-driven, performance-focused marketing organization capable of supporting ambitious growth initiatives.
• Lead the marketing strategy across enterprise healthcare provider organizations, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Position marketing as a strategic growth engine closely aligned with sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership.
• Refine and enhance InteliChart’s market positioning as a frontrunner in patient engagement and intelligent healthcare consumer engagement.
• Oversee messaging transformation initiatives that modernize the company’s image within the healthcare technology sector.
• Develop compelling narratives around:
• o AI-enabled patient engagement
• o Intelligent scheduling
• o Modernization of patient access
• o Consumer healthcare engagement
• o Automation and workflow efficiency
• o Digital transformation
• o Optimization of healthcare operations
• Ensure messaging resonates with executive healthcare buyers, clinical leadership, operational leadership, and IT stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives for competitive differentiation against both traditional healthcare engagement vendors and emerging AI-focused competitors.
• Own and optimize the demand generation strategy across all channels.
• Develop measurable strategies for pipeline acceleration that align with company growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to enhance:
• o Lead quality
• o Pipeline conversion
• o Sales enablement
• o Campaign attribution
• o Revenue contribution
• o Market penetration
• Create scalable marketing programs that support both direct sales and partner-driven growth models.
• 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, digital health, patient engagement, healthcare consumer technology, or closely related healthcare IT sectors.
• Previous executive leadership experience as a VP Marketing, SVP Marketing, CMO, or in a comparable senior healthcare technology marketing role.
• Proven success in scaling growth-stage or enterprise healthcare technology organizations.
• In-depth understanding of:
• o Patient engagement
• o Digital front door strategies
• o Patient scheduling
• o Healthcare consumer engagement
• o Healthcare workflow optimization
• o Provider operations
• o Enterprise healthcare sales cycles
• Strong grasp of modern healthcare SaaS go-to-market models.
• Demonstrated ability to build measurable demand generation engines directly tied to revenue growth.
• Experience in launching and positioning innovative healthcare technology solutions in competitive markets.
• Proven capability to align marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership around growth objectives.
• Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, storytelling, and executive leadership.
• Experience managing complex healthcare technology branding and messaging initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and execution.
