This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify and resolve SIP, SBC, and PBX-related voice issues on Vodia, Audiocodes, and Sonus/Ribbon platforms.
• Handle customer communications through the ticketing system, ensuring escalations and responses are made within the service level agreement (SLA).
• Report and escalate issues to upstream carriers and engineering team members.
• Support customers with additions, relocations, and modifications.
• Set up SIP trunks, dial plans, and routing policies.
• Create documentation on processes and systems for the benefit of fellow team members.
• Provide assistance to customers deploying new voice solutions as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Audiocodes, Ribbon/SONUS, and/or Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of SIP and essential network protocols (DNS, NAT).
• Background in technical support or service delivery, including troubleshooting using packet capture software (e.g., Wireshark).
• Moderate knowledge of networking and general telecommunications troubleshooting.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting vendor equipment such as Cisco, Polycom, and Yealink.
• Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, Broadsoft, Vodia, or other comparable Hosted PBX platforms is highly valued.
• Knowledge or experience with SQL and Power BI is advantageous.
