Senior VMware Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding remote support for essential VMware components

• Analyze intricate customer problems with systematic troubleshooting

• Collaborate closely with end users on a daily basis to grasp their requirements

• Meticulously document solutions, testing outcomes, and approvals

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with VMware

• Expertise in both technical and functional aspects of vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, SRM, and Aria Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese
