This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Establish robust and compliant relationships with a diverse range of healthcare providers (HCPs) across various specialties and account types (IDNs, health systems, and community clinics) by understanding their requirements and providing accurate, balanced information regarding Invivyd’s products and solutions.
• Facilitate clinical discussions that encourage customers to advocate for their patients and engage the entire account to identify any barriers that need addressing to offer suitable solutions.
• Identify common priorities and utilize knowledge and strategies within the full account to formulate a territory business plan that boosts product demand by addressing the needs of key partners and their patients to achieve outstanding results.
• Leverage your knowledge of the broader healthcare environment for account sales, including provider offices and health systems, and understand the decision-making processes within these settings.
• Approach territory management with a business owner mentality, demonstrating accountability, enthusiasm, and drive by taking ownership of your results with urgency while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide engaging product presentations and educational discussions to facilitate patient care decisions by utilizing all approved resources in accordance with company training and compliance standards.
• Collaborate as a positive energy multiplier across functions with colleagues in marketing, market access, and other teams to address customer needs and achieve shared success.
• Operate with an enterprise perspective to collect and disseminate customer insights, feedback, and inquiries to assist Invivyd in continually enhancing our service to providers and patients.
• Work alongside cross-functional partners on overall account and territory strategy to maximize internal and external knowledge regarding access to products and services.
• Aggregate customer, market data, and insights to effectively engage multiple channels to drive comprehensive selling interactions.
• Employ a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts to maximize impact in alignment with the strategic plan.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; however, candidates lacking a degree but possessing significant relevant industry experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or medical device customer-facing roles is required.
• Must be able to fulfill the requirement of being in the field five days a week, including overnight stays as necessary, conducting visits while also completing all administrative tasks related to the role.
• Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory as required.
• Proven positive attitude with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage in significant conversations with healthcare providers.
• Coachable and eager to learn—open to feedback, willing to adapt, and motivated to evolve into a high-performing sales professional.
• Demonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
