Senior Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Guarantee that all trials are conducted in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Review vendor-related protocol sections throughout the protocol development process.

• Assist in the creation of amendments for vendor contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Proven ability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Over 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of clinical operation processes and vendor management.

• Experience with user acceptance testing for eCOA and IRT.

• Expertise in vendor management, including outsourcing, contracting, and sourcing of clinical services.
