Senior UX/UI Designer – UX focused, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX projects from initial discovery to final delivery across digital platforms.

• Perform user research utilizing both qualitative and quantitative techniques, transforming insights into practical recommendations.

• Evaluate user behaviors, business goals, and competitive environments to guide design choices.

• Establish UX strategies that align with product and business objectives.

• Develop user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and experience maps.

• Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Generate UX documentation, such as personas, storyboards, and design specifications.

• Lead workshops and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and Visual Designers.

• Present and effectively articulate design rationale to stakeholders.

• Validate designs through usability testing and iterative improvements.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web experiences.

• Assist projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design.

• Strong expertise in Figma.

• Proven experience in designing responsive web applications.

• Practical experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Comprehensive understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.

• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

• Capable of producing clear and concise UX documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• A robust online portfolio demonstrating UX case studies and design processes.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is mandatory.
