Director, UX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee UX strategy and ensure design excellence for the Foundation pillar.

• Participate in the Foundation triad, sharing responsibility for product direction alongside Product Management and Engineering.

• Lead and nurture a team of 5–7 UX designers.

• Facilitate design coordination across different pillars for surfaces that encompass Foundation and related domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in product design, UX, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.

• Background as the UX representative in a product triad.

• History of establishing and maintaining a high-quality standard for a team's deliverables.

• Relevant experience in designing for or guiding designers focused on developer tools, self-service B2B SaaS, or products tailored for an engineering audience.

• Excellent communication skills.
