Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in crafting impactful product experiences that enhance security, making it clear, user-friendly, and reliable for both individuals and businesses.

• Take ownership of clearly defined features and problem areas—collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to comprehend user requirements, investigate solutions, and produce high-quality outcomes that align with customer objectives and business goals.

• Contribute to the design vision within your area of expertise, working closely with your team to establish shared standards and practices, while elevating the quality of work around you through active involvement in critiques and peer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of pertinent design experience at a product-focused organization.

• Proficient in Figma and familiar with AI prototyping tools, such as Figma Make and Cursor.

• A keen interest in agentic development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or MCP-based tools) and their impact on the design-to-code pipeline; practical experience is an advantage.

• A portfolio showcasing recent projects that illustrate your design skills, process, and the effect of your work on users.

• Experience in collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and/or User Research to deliver designs.

• Developing product thinking and the capability to make informed design choices based on research, data, and a clear perspective.

• Ability to work autonomously with some guidance, take charge of your projects, and proactively seek feedback to enhance your work.

• Interest and/or experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other similarly intricate product areas.
