This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the conceptualization and design implementation for intricate client projects — including website redesigns, landing pages, enhancements to product flows, CRO experiments, paid media creatives, and lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS).
• Enhance the design strategy by infusing a robust UX perspective into planning discussions, pinpointing opportunities, and suggesting methodologies.
• Take ownership of client-facing design presentations — articulate design rationale, guide stakeholders through concepts, and cultivate trust as a strategic design ally.
• Deliver the work comprehensively — from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and production-ready outputs.
• Create and refine design systems for both client and internal applications — establishing component libraries, tokens, patterns, and documentation that can scale across various projects.
• Connect design and engineering — ensure that design intent is maintained during implementation, address handoff challenges, and refine specifications as necessary.
• Assist in advancing Cro Metrics' AI design capabilities — investigate, assess, and incorporate AI-driven tools into design processes.
• Design across all service areas — including CRO/experimentation, website design & development, lifecycle (email/SMS), and paid media.
• 5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a senior design role that combines strategic insight with practical execution.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing strategic depth — we seek to understand your thought process, not just your creations.
• Demonstrated experience leading design on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives — such as website redesigns, product strategy, or multi-channel experience design.
• Expertise in design systems — you have built, maintained, or made significant contributions to scalable design systems.
• Strong technical design knowledge — you grasp front-end development constraints, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and can engage in productive discussions with engineers.
• Client-facing assurance — you can present ideas, articulate reasoning, manage feedback gracefully, and establish trust with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data-informed design — you are at ease working with analytics, experimental results, and user research to inform decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma — advanced skills in components, variables, auto-layout, prototyping, and design tokens.
• Proven experience with AI-driven design tools and workflows — you have integrated AI into your practice and possess a clear perspective on its future.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly dependable — you take responsibility, communicate effectively, and consistently follow through.

• Retirement plans
• Paid time off
• Flexible work arrangements
