This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Take charge of UX research for BeyondTrust’s capabilities in password and secrets management.

• Identify and prioritize significant issues affecting both administrator and end-user experiences.

• Provide rapid, high-quality research that aligns with the pace of product development.

• Convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations rather than mere findings.

• Impact roadmap and prioritization choices through evidence-based reasoning and a strong perspective.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define problems and guide solution strategies.

• Serve as the main advocate for customers in product discussions, ensuring that the needs of various user types are represented.

• Challenge assumptions and question decisions that do not align with user requirements.

• Perform comprehensive research utilizing a variety of methods.

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data to discover high-impact opportunities.

• Establish strong relationships with PMs, designers, and engineers to ensure research findings are trusted and utilized.

• Work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects without extensive support.

• 5–10 years of experience with complex enterprise or B2B products.

• Demonstrated experience in influencing product decisions through UX research.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software and intricate administrative workflows.

• Experience or familiarity with cybersecurity areas such as:

• Password/secrets management.

• Credential storage, rotation, and lifecycle workflows.

• Proficient in delivering both qualitative and quantitative research.

• Proven ability to operate efficiently and provide actionable insights.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders and managing differing opinions.

• Familiarity with AI methods to accelerate research processes.
