Senior UX Designer – Senior Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Performing user research and conducting testing.

• Developing mockups to convey functionality and design.

• Enhancing user personas and mapping user journeys.

• Advocating for best practices in user experience design.

• Collaborating with Product Management to refine strategic execution.

• Partnering with Engineers and QA to ensure precise implementation.

• Demonstrated experience with Data Governance, Risk and Compliance, or Regulatory teams.

• Exceptional visual design skills.

• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools.

• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Experience in gathering qualitative and quantitative data.

• Familiarity with working in an agile environment.

• Knowledge of both established and emerging design practices.

• Capability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Enthusiasm for assisting others and building relationships across the organization.

• Combination of creative and analytical thinking.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe, Protopie, etc.

• Experience with usability testing and analytics platforms.
