Senior UX Designer

📋 Description

• Overseeing design stakeholders and mentoring clients or team members to effectively apply Design Thinking, Lean UX & Lean principles, and Human-Centered Design.

• Creating and leading workshops and design sprints.

• Performing user research and conducting user testing.

• Advising a product owner on backlog prioritization.

• Developing prototypes at different fidelity levels, ranging from paper sketches to high-fidelity click-throughs.

• Evaluating existing user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineers, QA, and delivery teams.

• Background in presenting design concepts to clients and facilitating workshops.

• Experience in spearheading UX initiatives on projects.

• Familiarity with industry-standard tools like Sketch/Figma, along with the ability to learn and implement new tools and methodologies.

• Proven experience in designing mobile-first responsive websites and native mobile applications.

• Knowledge of user testing methodologies at various fidelity levels, from guerrilla testing to lab-based testing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both the team and clients as the sole UX Designer.
