This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the UX strategy for a key product area, converting business objectives, technical limitations, and user requirements into defined experience principles and design guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmap priorities using user insights, usability considerations, and forward-thinking experience approaches.
• Strike a balance between immediate delivery and scalable, future-oriented design choices that foster product growth and development.
• Create comprehensive user experiences for data-rich B2B products, such as dashboards, reporting tools, campaign workflows, and analytics interfaces.
• Simplify complex data, metrics, and workflows into clear, user-friendly, and actionable experiences.
• Promote iterative, data-driven design decisions that align with agile development cycles.
• Ensure high-quality execution in Figma by building and maintaining component-based, implementation-ready designs utilizing auto-layout, tokens, and shared variables.
• Contribute to and enhance the design system to promote modularity, consistency, and development efficiency.
• Work closely with front-end engineers to guarantee a smooth transition from design to development and high-fidelity implementation.
• Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, front-end developers, data scientists, and research partners to deliver integrated, impactful solutions.
• Serve as a UX thought partner across various initiatives, ensuring consistency and quality across shared surfaces and experiences.
• Lead and mentor other designers on collaborative projects, offering feedback, guidance, and alignment as necessary.
• Collaborate with research and data science teams to integrate qualitative and quantitative user insights into design choices.
• Stay informed about social media trends, marketing workflows, and creator/influencer ecosystems to enhance product design.
• Continuously elevate the standards of UX quality, accessibility, and usability through best practices and experimentation.
• Over 6 years of experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong emphasis on B2B, data-intensive, or platform products.
• Proven track record in designing complex products and addressing ambiguous, multi-faceted usability challenges.
• Demonstrated capability to deconstruct large, unclear problems into structured phases and drive them to completion.
• Strong history of owning end-to-end UX for a product area, from discovery through to execution and iteration.
• In-depth expertise in Figma and component-based design, including aspects such as auto-layout, shared libraries, and design systems.
• Experience in designing and scaling dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces.
• Comfort in fast-paced, agile product environments with changing priorities.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows, social analytics, and the creator or influencer ecosystems is a significant advantage.
• Compensation for certain roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable), while others are structured as Salary only.
