This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Perform user and market research to gain insights into personas, use cases, and tasks to be accomplished.
• Synthesize research findings and share insights with team members and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to understand the technical limitations and possibilities for innovative experimentation.
• Create lean experiments to validate hypotheses, assess outcomes, and iterate swiftly.
• Maintain a big-picture perspective, guiding the product vision alongside other collaborators.
• Work in partnership with product management, engineering, UX, and our Secure Operations leadership to ensure we address the right challenges with the most effective solutions for scaling the product.
• Strong practice in UX design, especially in research, prototyping, interaction design, design systems, and facilitating workshops.
• A sense of curiosity and a readiness to delve into technical details alongside engineers when necessary.
• Experience in designing workflows and conveying information to users, enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in low-fidelity sketching and prototyping to gather feedback and iterate quickly, along with the flexibility to discard ideas and start anew.
• Ability to clearly articulate the design problem, the trade-offs made in your solutions, and the implications of various approaches.
• High comfort level in making decisions with incomplete information, learning from inevitable missteps.
• Strong communication skills to ensure that product partners are informed, understand project direction, and are aware of upcoming developments and long-term plans.
