Contract Compliance Specialist – Nursing & Allied

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee the compliance onboarding process for new healthcare contractors.

• Review, validate, and maintain credentialing documentation, encompassing background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, TB testing, and physical examinations.

• Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal partners to communicate and fulfill compliance obligations.

• Conduct daily follow-ups to meet critical timelines and escalate delays or issues to leadership.

• Monitor, track, and report upcoming or missed credential expirations during assignments.

• Obtain updated records as necessary.

• Support compliance metrics aligned with Joint Commission standards and Trio WFS benchmarks.

• Maintain accurate records within Trio WFS' proprietary Vendor Management System (VMS), Trio.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations.

• Experience in high-volume administrative or compliance environments.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

• Ability to swiftly learn and navigate various systems, including VMS and credentialing platforms.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with State Backgrounds and Fingerprinting.

• Capability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment.

• Sound judgment and discretion in managing confidential information.
