Senior Utilities Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support to all US Fresh and Packaged Meat Facilities as necessary.

• Collaborate with facility teams and project engineering on Capital Infrastructure Plans.

• Engage professional refrigeration engineering experts during the design and development phases of projects.

• Assist with compliance-related matters as needed.

• Create designs that include equipment selection and obtaining quotes.

• Implement solutions for issues concerning facility refrigeration systems.

• Aid in the planning and budgeting for utilities engineering improvement initiatives.

• Research and test innovative technologies for system enhancements.

• Identify and rectify deficiencies within current systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance, and optimization of Ammonia Refrigeration systems.

• RETA CIRO (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator) certification.

• Certification from the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration.

• ANSI/IIAR2 certification.

• Garden City Program Operator II certification.

• Strong theoretical knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.

• Preferred electrical experience in low and high voltage circuits, motors, and controls.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
