Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create engaging and visually appealing user experiences for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma.

• Work closely with the founder to convert business objectives into user-focused experiences.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs and uphold design quality throughout the development process.

• Enhance current user flows throughout the marketplace, covering product discovery, rentals, checkout, user onboarding, and account management.

• Design innovative experiences for marketplace operations, including garment care workflows, notifications, and lender management.

• Create and sustain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

• Perform UX research as necessary and continually refine designs based on user input and business priorities.

• Promote usability, accessibility, consistency, and contemporary design best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design for digital products.

• Advanced expertise in **Figma**, encompassing components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Demonstrated experience in designing responsive web applications and mobile-first solutions.

• **Prior experience in designing products for the Fashion Retail sector is necessary.**

• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems.

• Capability to work collaboratively with developers to guarantee pixel-perfect execution.

• Experience collaborating directly with founders, product teams, or non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design choices.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.

• Nice to Have

• Experience designing **fashion e-commerce** or marketplace platforms.

• Portfolio demonstrating work for Fashion Retail brands or luxury consumer goods.

• Experience in mobile application design.
