Senior UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and refine the key user flows for our e-commerce platform and internal tools, emphasizing continuous improvement and timely delivery.

• Convert product requirements into high-quality designs that are polished, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.

• Play a significant role in the evolution of our design system, including components, patterns, states, and documentation.

• Proactively consider edge cases, error states, and interaction nuances without needing prompts.

• Work closely with engineering teams to guarantee that designs are practical and accurately implemented.

• Leverage AI technology to speed up iterations, explore design variations, and enhance productivity without compromising quality.

• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and analytics assessments to guide design choices and improve crucial metrics such as conversion and retention rates.

• Enhance product discovery, search and filtering functionalities, and checkout processes to improve the overall customer experience.

• Collaborate with merchandising and product teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals, including average order value and conversion rate.

• Stay informed about e-commerce trends and innovations in headless commerce to keep our digital experiences competitive and state-of-the-art.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, mainly concentrating on e-commerce platforms and intricate internal tools.

• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in working with or developing a design system.

• Excellent communicator who can collaborate seamlessly with both design and engineering teams.

• Able to navigate ambiguity; capable of making sound decisions without needing a perfectly defined brief.

• Practical knowledge of integrating AI into the design workflow and a genuine eagerness to explore further applications.
