Senior UGC Creative Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete production cycle of user-generated content (UGC) and short-form videos for both paid and organic social media campaigns.

• Develop innovative concepts, craft scripts, create storyboards, hooks, captions, and platform-specific copy in English.

• Identify, brief, and supervise creators, influencers, actors, and production collaborators.

• Direct video shoots from the planning stage to final delivery, which includes casting, location scouting, prop selection, and on-set creative guidance.

• Establish scalable production processes that facilitate high-volume content generation while ensuring quality standards are met.

• Maintain relationships with external agencies, production providers, and UGC platforms.

• Work in close collaboration with product, growth, and marketing teams to swiftly test and implement new creative ideas.

• Evaluate campaign and creative outcomes to enhance the effectiveness of future content.

• Keep abreast of social media trends, competitor initiatives, and new content formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in producing high-volume UGC and short-form video campaigns for B2C consumer brands.

• Outstanding written English skills with proven experience in crafting high-impact social media and TikTok content.

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and best practices for short-form content.

• Experience in managing creators, influencers, production teams, and external creative collaborators.

• Capability to independently oversee the entire production process from conceptualization to delivery.

• Strong grasp of performance marketing and the ability to utilize campaign data for creative decision-making.

• Proven track record in developing scalable creative workflows and production methodologies.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English.
