This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Spearhead the strategic formulation and implementation of fresh activation opportunities within Live Nation’s festival portfolio.
• Create and deliver strategic frameworks, pitch presentations, narratives, and experiential concepts specifically designed for festival audiences and brand partners.
• Collaborate with sales, creative, production, integrated marketing, and partnership teams to develop cohesive festival activations and brand experiences that provide value for clients.
• Oversee comprehensive budget management for new brand activations, encompassing initial scoping, forecasting, execution, and reconciliation.
• Recognize emerging festival trends, shifts in the competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities to ensure Live Nation remains at the forefront of experiential innovation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key brand stakeholders, agencies, and internal partners to promote long-term business growth.
• Assist in pitch processes, including RFP responses, client presentations, pitch decks, and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Utilize consumer insights, fan data, and cultural trends to guide strategic recommendations and activation design.
• Keep an organized repository of case studies, insights, strategic tools, and pitch decks to support continuous business development efforts.
• Work with Finance and Operations to guarantee accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
• Track financial performance, proactively identify risks, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising creative quality.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure budget compliance while upholding high production standards.
• Manage all confidential, proprietary, client, partner, and business-sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring that materials, data, communications, and work products remain secure, protected, and private at all times.
• Provide on-site support for events as needed or as requested by the Manager.
• Represent Live Nation with a steadfast commitment to integrity, respect for others, inclusivity, collaboration, and professionalism.
• 5–8+ years of experience in experiential strategy, experiential marketing, brand partnerships, budget management, or agency-side new business development.
• Demonstrated success in driving new business growth and managing intricate stakeholder relationships in the live events or festival sector.
• Proven expertise in managing budgets for large-scale activations and live events, including forecasting, tracking, vendor negotiations, and reconciliation.
• In-depth understanding of festival culture, audience behaviors, and the wider live entertainment ecosystem.
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and presentation abilities, with a knack for converting complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives.
• Capability to quickly sketch and visually communicate ideas.
• Experience in collaborating with creative, sales, and production teams to realize strategic concepts.
• Highly organized with outstanding project and time management skills, adept at juggling multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and project management platforms such as Asana, Airtable, and Slack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
