This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Collaborate with the VP of Trust & Safety in the formulation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of policies, procedures, and operational playbooks.
• Act as a representative for Trust & Safety in stakeholder meetings encompassing Product, Operations, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
• Develop and lead training sessions focusing on Trust & Safety topics or updates to policies.
• Take necessary measures against users who breach Zeel’s Terms of Service.
• Address and document escalated cases involving patients, customers, and providers.
• Oversee a high-volume case queue, ensuring adherence to response-time and quality benchmarks.
• Detect emerging risks, recurring trends, or gaps in policy and propose corrective measures.
• Evaluate provider credentialing and applications from provider offices.
• Stay informed on pertinent public health regulations at both state and federal levels.
• Manage claims related to property damage, injuries, and payment discrepancies.
• Process requests for medical records and subpoenas.
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Highly organized with a proven track record of executing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong critical-thinking and analytical capabilities, with the confidence to make challenging decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both with and without the aid of artificial intelligence.
• Self-driven, highly responsive, and exceptionally collaborative.
