This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to create personalized trial strategies that are in line with customer business goals, the competitive environment, and overall deal strategy.
• Establish explicit success metrics linked to executive-level results and return on investment (ROI).
• Align trial plans with MEDDPICC and the wider enterprise sales processes.
• Cultivate strong relationships with safety, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead executive business reviews and value presentations that clearly demonstrate measurable impacts.
• Assist in developing persuasive business cases that facilitate procurement and budget approvals.
• Convert trial analytics into concise, outcome-focused narratives.
• Measure safety enhancements, operational efficiencies, and risk mitigation.
• Present information that positions Lytx as a long-term strategic partner rather than just a vendor.
• Oversee coordination among Sales, Key Accounts, Product, Implementation, and Operations to guarantee trial success.
• Identify opportunities for broader adoption of solutions during the evaluation stage.
• Contribute to improving trial methodologies, playbooks, and enablement resources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic consulting, customer success, or solution consulting in a SaaS setting.
• Proven track record of supporting complex sales processes (experience with enterprise-level ACV is preferred).
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in developing ROI models or converting data into narratives about business impact.
• Demonstrated capability to navigate competitive assessments effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage several high-visibility projects concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Experience in fleet, transportation, safety, or similar industries is highly preferred.
