Senior Treasury Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with banking partners across various jurisdictions

• Assist with bank onboarding, account setup, account maintenance, and related documentation

• Coordinate KYC and other compliance obligations with financial institutions

• Manage banking platforms, including user access, signatories, and security protocols

• Track daily cash positions throughout the organization

• Aid in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

• Contribute to the effective allocation of funds across different entities and markets

• Collaborate with internal teams on cash planning and payment initiatives

• Facilitate short-term liquidity placements in accordance with treasury policies

• Assist in monitoring investment activities, performance metrics, and reporting

• Support foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency exposures

• Generate treasury reports for management and key stakeholders, including cash position, liquidity, and forecasting reports

• Aid in the administration and enhancement of the Treasury Management System

• Ensure bank connectivity, user management, and data quality are upheld

• Assist with internal and external audit requests concerning treasury operations

• Identify areas for improving treasury processes, enhancing controls, and increasing automation

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in treasury or a closely related financial role

• Practical experience with banking operations, cash management, and cash flow forecasting

• Experience in managing KYC, bank documentation, and supporting bank relationships

• Knowledge of payment processes, approval workflows, ERP-driven financial operations, and treasury controls

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort in working with financial data and reports
