This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct weekly monitoring of cash balances across various bank accounts and maintain treasury-related schedules, which encompass bank fees, interest income/expense, investment balances, and FX sensitivity.
• Enter payments through different online banking platforms (ACH, wire, etc.).
• Assist in the administration and documentation of bank accounts, including the preparation of forms for opening and closing accounts and managing account signatories.
• Support banking portal administration by adding or removing users and managing user access.
• Oversee and assist with the company credit card and expense programs, including transaction reviews for policy compliance, follow-up on exceptions, support for expense audits, and maintenance of card limits and user access.
• Aid in fulfilling external audit requests pertaining to cash, investments, and treasury operations.
• Conduct monthly close activities for designated holding company entities, which includes preparing journal entries and reconciliations to support the consolidated close.
• Contribute to accounting and finance operations projects, identifying opportunities to enhance payment, vendor, and banking processes, while maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Manage sensitive financial and personal information with confidentiality.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or over 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, accounts payable, treasury operations, or related finance roles.
• Practical experience in supporting core treasury functions, such as initiating payments through online banking platforms and managing bank accounts and relationships.
• Experience in accounting for international operations, including multi-currency environments and global banking considerations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new financial systems, tools, and processes.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating strong judgment and accountability.
• Established problem-solving skills, including the capacity to troubleshoot time-sensitive or critical issues and resolve unfamiliar challenges effectively.
• Flexibility to support treasury-related activities outside of standard company hours when required by banking or financial institution schedules.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach with a readiness to assist broader accounting and finance operations as necessary.
