Senior Travel Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Perform a range of general medicine, occupational, and disability health assessments.

• Examine medical history and relevant documentation.

• Analyze clinical data.

• Prepare detailed reports and formulate independent medical opinions (IMO).

• Conduct telephonic and virtual examinations.

• Execute initial evaluations and interpretations of diagnostic tests, which include but are not limited to: laboratory, pulmonary function, and ECG studies.

• Record examinee information in the appropriate systems.

• Collaborate with other professionals and clinical staff as necessary and communicate with both internal and client team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.

• Current National Licensing with ANCC or AANP.

• At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in primary care or internal medicine.

• Unrestricted state medical licensure with no limitations to perform the full scope of authorized practice in the state of employment.

• Capacity to obtain a DEA license.

• Valid BLS or ACLS certification.

• Ability to acquire and maintain clinical training/certifications as mandated by present and future contracts.

• Must possess current REAL ID-compliant identification or an equivalent TSA-approved ID before the start date.

• Must be able to obtain and uphold government clearances (LARS, Public Trust, NACI, etc.) as required.

• Capability to pass a medical clearance, which includes successfully completing an N95 respirator fit test, properly using organizational standard respiratory protective equipment as required, passing a Tuberculosis/TB test, and receiving a Hepatitis A/B vaccine series or passing a Hepatitis A/B Titer test and other medical clearances/vaccinations as necessary.
