Senior Travel Consultant, French, Amadeus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct searches and confirm travel bookings for clients.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of client travel policies to consistently offer expert consultation to customers.

• Address all inquiries related to necessary regulations.

• Supply clients with essential industry information, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Identify opportunities to assess operational processes and client relationships to propose enhancements.

• Continuously maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of the various travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in the GDS Amadeus system.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
