This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Act as a subject matter authority for interactive display and collaboration solutions, such as the LG CreateBoard.
• Formulate and implement enablement strategies for partner preparedness, customer engagement, and solution utilization.
• Conduct training and enablement initiatives for LG sales teams, channel partners, and end users.
• Create and sustain training content, best practices, use-case scenarios, and educational resources.
• Facilitate reseller and distributor enablement.
• Foster relationships with customers, administrators, educators, technology leaders, and end users.
• Oversee solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, pilot programs, and evaluation assistance.
• Set up, stage, and maintain demonstration environments and standardized demo kits.
• Assist with trade shows, customer gatherings, sales meetings, and industry conferences.
• Provide onboarding, implementation, professional development, and end-user training in instructor-led, virtual, on-demand, and hybrid formats.
• Develop and enhance Professional Development and End User Training Services offerings.
• Aid in positioning training services during evaluations, pilot programs, and deployment strategies.
• Track customer adoption and usage, offering refresher training and change-management assistance.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, adoption risks, and service enhancement possibilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Project Management, Solution Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition from evaluation and purchase to deployment, onboarding, and continuous usage.
• Enhance training methodologies, content standards, certification programs, and enablement tools.
• Collect and relay feedback from customers, partners, and the market.
• Provide support for additional LG technologies, including digital signage, software platforms, and DVLED solutions.
• A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing training, enablement, sales support, educational technology, or solution adoption.
• Proven experience in delivering live customer demonstrations, instructor-led training, webinars, and virtual learning programs.
• Familiarity with interactive displays, collaboration technologies, or related AV/technology solutions.
• Experience in developing training content and instructional materials.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
• Knowledge of the pre-sales customer journey, including demonstrations, evaluations, and training.
• Experience in delivering instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and digital learning content.
• Acquaintance with Learning Management Systems, content management platforms, and cloud-based training and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple pre-sales and post-sales priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Classroom teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Preferred background in K-12, higher education, corporate, or government technology deployments.
• Preferred experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
• Preferred certifications include Google for Education, Microsoft Education, AVIXA CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, or other relevant qualifications.
