Senior Training and Development Specialist – EMEA, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement effective, practical training programs that convert clinical data into impactful sales and clinical discussions.

• Develop hands-on and scenario-driven learning solutions, which include simulations and tools to enhance understanding of procedures and products.

• Conduct training sessions both virtually and in-person across various regions for onboarding new hires, developing capabilities, and launching products.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and healthcare professionals to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

• Promote adoption and consistent application in the field through ongoing feedback, validation, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Manage all aspects of program execution, from logistics and digital content upkeep to tracking certifications and ensuring delivery and completion accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the MedTech field; a background in Endoscopy or Gastroenterology is highly desirable.

• Background in training, sales enablement, clinical support, or commercial positions.

• Demonstrated capability to create practical training or learning solutions rather than merely delivering content.

• Strong understanding of commercial customer interactions and value-based selling approaches.

• Ability to simplify complex clinical information into clear, actionable messaging.

• Experience working in diverse cultural and international environments.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• A formal training qualification, such as a TAP Diploma or Certificate, is preferred.

• Experience with hands-on procedural training or simulation tools is a distinct advantage.

• Previous collaboration with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, as well as involvement in product launches or commercial transformation initiatives, is a plus.

• Proficiency in an additional European language is beneficial.
