Senior Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate advanced training courses that encompass lectures, online programs, and practical sessions.

• Conduct train-the-trainer workshops to expand the pool of instructors.

• Create and develop training programs and curricula focused on professional, management, and non-technical skills.

• Define trainee content, necessary skills, and knowledge in collaboration with relevant business units/areas.

• Ensure that training courses cater to all employee levels.

• Prepare lesson plans and training resources, including manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audiovisual materials.

• Conduct training needs assessments in conjunction with training management and business units.

• Evaluate course feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

• Suggest and implement approved changes to enhance training effectiveness.

• Review external training programs and make recommendations for purchases as needed.

• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced staff members.

• Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions for diverse groups.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure that training materials are effective and user-friendly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources, or a related field.

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in utilizing various training technologies effectively.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles and techniques for engaging learners.

• Preferably, demonstrable experience with instructional design methodologies and software.

• Experience with training transformation projects or system implementation initiatives is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Video cameras are required during interviews and for the first week of orientation if hired.

• The use of AI during interviews is strictly prohibited.
