Senior Trade Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily execution and operational management of global import and export trade compliance activities.

• Act as the main point of contact for trade compliance operational support throughout the organization.

• Manage daily import operations activities for international shipments arriving in the United States.

• Precisely classify products according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Canada HS, Mexico HS, TARIC, and Schedule B.

• Conduct regular audits of HTS classifications to ensure precision and uphold compliance with changing regulations.

• Monitor and guarantee the organization’s compliance with U.S. and international export control laws.

• Assist in the development and operational management of international import processes and trade compliance operations beyond North America.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required.

• 7–10 years of experience in trade compliance, customs operations, or import/export execution.

• Significant hands-on experience managing cross-border import/export operations, customs clearance processes, and broker relationships is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international import/export regulations and trade compliance standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of identifying compliance risks and suggesting corrective measures.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
