This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in the Supply Chain process to facilitate transformation through data.
• Create essential reporting frameworks, automated dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a range of Trade Procurement metrics.
• Generate new reports and convert data into insightful visualizations to distribute across the organization.
• Detect and rectify discrepancies in data to guarantee the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
• Leverage Infor Nexus to develop Trade Procurement reports and dashboards.
• Employ Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards.
• Assist with Trade Procurement initiatives.
• Oversee the onboarding process for integrating Logistics Services Providers into Nexus.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement, or a related analytics role.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement, or a related analytics position may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven expertise with Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy.
• Experience using a major ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, or Infor.
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights for business decisions, particularly concerning on-time performance indicators and forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, and macros.
• Familiarity with data management tools to evaluate supply chain metrics and KPIs.
• Capability to communicate directly with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a large, global corporation with annual revenues of at least $500 million.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes.
• Proficiency in statistical methods, including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain; calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations, and Correlations; as well as time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histograms.
