This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of employee benefits programs throughout EMEA, APAC, and Canada.

• Administer annual benefits enrollment processes and collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and internal partners.

• Ensure adherence to country-specific regulations and internal governance standards.

• Act as a subject matter expert for benefits programs in the respective regions.

• Lead engagement in compensation surveys.

• Maintain salary structures and pay ranges.

• Support the annual compensation planning cycles.

• Create compensation tools and dashboards.

• Perform pay equity analyses.

• Manage relationships with benefits vendors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on Total Rewards initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity within Workday and assist with analytics.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in HR/People functions, particularly focused on Total Rewards, including both compensation and benefits administration.

• Proven experience managing international benefits programs across EMEA, APAC, and/or Canada.

• Hands-on experience with compensation surveys such as Radford, Mercer, or WTW.

• Experience in supporting annual compensation cycles.

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.

• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.

• Professional certifications such as CCP or GRP are advantageous.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional European languages such as Spanish or French is a plus.
