Senior Test Engineer – Manual and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take this chance to create a significant personal impact as a Senior Test Engineer for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

• Conduct ongoing testing for security, API, and regression suites.

• Engage in scrum meetings, execute test cases, generate reports, and document defects to facilitate continuous improvement in the end-to-end testing process.

• Plan, develop, and execute test scripts.

• Monitor defects using a defect repository.

• Carry out assigned testing tasks within designated timeframes to ensure adherence to delivery commitments.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Over 3 years of experience in end-to-end Agile manual and automated software testing.

• Proficiency in Technical Test Execution, Test Management, and involvement in code reviews.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

• Practical experience with testing administration tools like Rational and CQ.

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.

• Ability to consistently produce work that meets or surpasses established standards.

• Candidates must have resided in the U.S. for a minimum of 3 out of the past 5 years.

• Candidates must be able to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance.
