Senior Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the Test Manager for a biometric initiative

• Create and uphold testing documentation and lifecycle artifacts

• Confirm that requirements are testable, traceable, and verified

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive testing activities

• Assist in technical and operational readiness evaluations

• Oversee system quality and performance through systematic testing

• Manage testing resources, environments, and data

• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements

• Update leadership on testing progress and assessments

• Foster ongoing enhancement of testing processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 11 years of experience in testing or engineering

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline

• Relevant certifications are advantageous

• Familiarity with border security technologies

• Knowledge of testing standards and best practices

• Understanding of laws and regulations related to border technology usage

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
