Senior Territory Manager, Veeam Cloud and Service Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and meet a revenue-based sales target by driving new business acquisition, expanding partnerships, and fostering recurring revenue growth throughout the designated VCSP territory.

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture new Cloud, Hosting, Managed Service, and Service Provider partners within the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider Program.

• Cultivate strategic partner relationships by identifying new business opportunities, enhancing the adoption of Veeam solutions, and boosting cloud service consumption.

• Develop and implement detailed partner business plans that encompass sales, marketing, enablement, go-to-market strategies, financial goals, and growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with Systems Engineers and regional sales teams to qualify leads, deliver technical presentations, and successfully finalize complex sales transactions.

• Engage with executive stakeholders to establish trusted advisor relationships and position Veeam as the premier platform for data resilience and cloud services.

• Promote partner enablement by assisting providers in creating unique Veeam-powered service offerings that provide tangible business value to their customers.

• Maintain a precise sales pipeline, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce CRM.

• Represent Veeam at partner gatherings, executive briefings, regional events, and industry conferences, acting as a trusted advisor and VCSP subject matter expert.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to enhance partner success and drive revenue growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10+ years of proven success in enterprise, channel, or partner sales within Cloud, Hosting, Managed Services, or Service Provider sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strategic partner relationships while consistently surpassing revenue goals.

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, managed services, backup, disaster recovery, and data resilience solutions.

• Experience in selling complex software or infrastructure solutions through indirect and partner-led sales methodologies.

• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead intricate commercial negotiations.

• Established connections within leading Cloud, Hosting, or Managed Service Provider organizations are highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes, or contemporary cloud platforms is a significant plus.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Self-driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while juggling multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel throughout the designated territory as necessary.
