• Oversee and direct several Agile teams involved in product development, comprising developers, technical leads, quality assurance specialists, and product partners.
• Ensure the effective execution of product development projects, emphasizing quality, security, and product resilience to achieve organizational goals.
• Spearhead platform upgrades, migrations, application re-architecture, and modernization initiatives in accordance with industry best practices.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration with Tier 3 and Tier 4 support teams, providing guidance on complex inquiries and ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Exercise personnel leadership by enhancing team engagement, performing performance evaluations, and aiding in year-end review processes.
• Recognize and alleviate risks associated with product development and support operations through proactive planning and execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by promoting experimentation, learning, and technical advancement.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to maintain alignment on objectives, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven development practices and MACH architecture.
• Proven track record of managing scrum teams and overseeing end-to-end product development.
• Demonstrated capability to guide products from initial concept to final delivery.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (advanced/fluent English communication skills).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced certifications in project management, cloud technologies, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a global context (preferred).
• Experience in a CRO, healthcare, or regulated industry environment (preferred).
