β’ Ensure participant satisfaction: As their main point of contact, you will guarantee that the course evolves into a success story β from initial contact to the final completion.
β’ Be a solution-oriented individual: You will collaborate with our teaching, product, and administrative teams to address any organizational or interpersonal issues effectively.
β’ Uphold quality standards: You will meticulously maintain class records, keep an eye on attendance and dropouts, and make sure everything operates seamlessly.
β’ Mediate and facilitate: In challenging situations, you will serve as the connection between participants and instructors β remaining calm, clear, and empathetic.
β’ Support onboarding and offboarding processes: You will warmly greet new participants and ensure they conclude their course with a positive experience.
β’ You possess a university degree and ideally have 1β3 years of professional experience in areas such as adult education, training providers, project management, customer service, or related fields.
β’ You are proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ You enjoy engaging with people and can handle challenging conversations with empathy.
β’ You maintain your composure under pressure and can confidently navigate complex organizational structures.
β’ You are comfortable working in an international setting and can adapt to diverse perspectives.
