• Overseeing, organizing, and tracking digital initiatives (web, UI/UX, integrations, platforms)

• Facilitating effective communication among clients, developers, designers, and management

• Developing roadmaps, timelines, backlogs, and reports

• Utilizing both traditional and agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall — in a situational and pragmatic manner)

• Ensuring quality standards, budget compliance, and timely delivery

• Proactively guiding our clients on digital matters and appropriate next steps

• Early identification of risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies — and confidently devising solutions

• Several years of experience in (digital) project management, preferably within an agency or IT-related projects

• Strong comprehension of digital products, processes, and technologies

• High level of autonomy, exceptional organizational abilities, an assertive demeanor, and a strong sense of accountability

• Strong communication abilities and empathy — coupled with resilience during urgent situations

• Familiarity with prevalent PM methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Proficient in German (C1); good command of English is a plus
