• Acting as the strategist and technical consultant for architects and technology leaders among Akamai's Premium clientele.
• Collaborating with Sales and pre-sales teams to provide recommendations that enhance the adoption of Akamai's products and services.
• Enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by addressing the customer's needs and business objectives.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and leading the account team to ensure customer success.
• Addressing escalations related to various products, platforms, or implementations and identifying improvements to reduce future risks.
• Advocating for the customer internally and influencing internal decisions to facilitate positive customer outcomes.
• Possess 6 to 8 years of experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Be a passionate customer advocate focused on delivering technical solutions.
• Have a solid understanding of internet technologies and the online industry, including HTTPS, DNS, DevOps, Web Development, and Web Security.
• Exhibit a good understanding or prior experience working with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• Showcase experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology sector.
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities and an aptitude for building trusting relationships with customers at various levels.
• Be a collaborative team player, able to prioritize, and solve problems in a rapidly changing environment.
• Showcase experience in Program or Project Management within cross-functional and technical teams.
