This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Act as the main technical liaison for customer inquiries received via phone and email.
• Assess requests that vary from simple product queries to intricate service challenges.
• Conduct thorough remote diagnostics on complex equipment and systems.
• Propel issue resolution towards effective outcomes.
• Assist customers or team members in navigating corrective measures.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for fellow colleagues.
• Promote operational excellence by following procedures and maintaining service documentation.
• Engage in training and development initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Electronics, or a related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a support, service, or analytical laboratory setting, performing roles as a product end user or service technician with atomic spectroscopy instruments.
• Proficiency with at least two (2) of the following technologies: AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS.
